Through scenario-based practice, participants learn how to write clear prompts, refine outputs, check AI-generated content, and apply data protection and governance practices.
The course focuses on practical workflows in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, including drafting, summarising, analysing tables, preparing slides, and capturing meeting actions.
It also introduces Copilot modes, context selection, agents, and reusable prompt processes. After completion, learners can use Copilot more safely and consistently and prepare for the CompTIA CompCert credential.

Module 1: Responsible Copilot Use in the Enterprise
