Certification & Exam

Participants who complete CompTIA Soft Skills Essentials can receive a CompTIA Competency Certificate, which confirms completion of the course content and related assessments. The certificate is earned through the CompTIA Learning platform, where learners work through a skills-based program covering character and professionalism, communications, collaboration and teamwork, critical thinking and problem-solving, and career success. The credential can help individuals show workplace readiness and can help HR and L&D teams document employee development in non-technical professional skills. For current details, refer to the official CompTIA Soft Skills Essentials page.
