What is Bildux?
BilduX is a training discovery and collaboration platform. It connects learners, organisations, and providers by making training opportunities transparent and accessible.
On BilduX you can:
- Browse courses and explore training frameworks.
- View training sessions with details such as prices, formats, and locations.
- Reach out to providers via their dedicated pages.
- Transition from a personal account to an organisation account through the Corporate Gate (no separate registration needed).
- Request custom or in-house training and collect offers from providers.
BilduX acts as a neutral listing and communication hub. It does not sell trainings or process payments.
How Bildux Works?
The platform is structured around three main roles:
Users (Trainees):
- Discover trainings, frameworks, and providers.
- Access detailed training sessions (with price, delivery format, and location).
- Get redirected to the provider's website for booking or further details.
- Optionally, upgrade their account via the Corporate Gate to act on behalf of their organisation.
Organisations:
- Through Corporate Gate, users can act as an organisation.
- Post in-house or custom training requests.
- Receive multiple offers from providers.
- Select preferred providers and open direct communication.
Providers:
- List their own trainings and create new sessions.
- Add existing frameworks to their portfolio as ready-to-serve modules.
- Browse open organisation requests for in-house training and submit offers.
- Start direct conversations once an organisation accepts their offer.
Communication & Collaboration
Once an organisation chooses a provider's offer, both parties can connect and start messaging directly within BilduX.
- All conversations happen between the organisation and the provider.
- BilduX does not interfere with or monitor messages.
- If problems arise, both sides can use the report function to flag inappropriate behavior
What BilduX is Not?
- BilduX is not an e-commerce platform.
- No purchases or payments are processed on BilduX.
- BilduX does not validate provider or organisation content. Responsibility for listings, offers, and requests lies solely with the stakeholders
Reporting & Support
- Any user can report inappropriate content, misleading offers, or abusive communication.
- Reported cases will be reviewed by the BilduX team. Content may be removed, and accounts can be restricted if necessary.
