Certification & Exam
This training prepares you for the official ISTQB® Certified Tester Expert Level Test Management, Strategic Test Management (CTEL-TM-SM) exam. The certification confirms expertise in strategic test management, including test mission, test policy, test strategy, quality objectives, metrics, tool integration, and aligning test management with organizational goals.
For the expert-level certification, you need the ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL), the Advanced Level Test Manager (CTAL-TM), at least five years of practical testing experience, and at least two years of experience in the respective expert-level topic. To achieve full CTEL-TM certification, you must also pass the Operational Test Management and Managing the Test Team parts. The official source is ISTQB®.
