According to the official syllabus (current version v2018), CT-UT is structured into eight main chapters:

Certification & Exam
This course prepares you for the ISTQB® Certified Tester Usability Testing (CT-UT) certification. For the certificate, you must already hold the ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) and pass the CT-UT exam. The basis is the ISTQB® CT-UT Syllabus v1.0, 2018 with topics such as usability, user experience, accessibility, planning and conducting usability tests, analysis of results, and reporting. The exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions, lasts 60 minutes, usually 75 minutes for exams in a foreign language, and requires 26 out of 40 points.
