Description
The Agile Change Leadership Workshop is a practical Management 3.0 follow-up workshop for leading change in teams and organizations. Participants study the Management 3.0 Change Model, Satir Change Model, ADKAR® model, Adoption Curve, Five I's model, and change work in Complex Adaptive Systems. Through active exercises, examples, and Management 3.0 practices, including Celebration Grids, Experiment Hypothesis, Connection Circles, Yay! Questions, Happiness Door, and Kudo Cards, participants learn to plan safe-to-fail experiments, support psychological safety, apply the 12 rules for good metrics, and use OKRs to guide change initiatives.
What You Will Learn
The Agile Change Leadership Workshop covers Management 3.0 approaches for leading change in teams and organizations. Participants use models, exercises, and group discussion to connect change theory with workplace situations.
Module 1: Change Management Advanced
Study the Management 3.0 Change Model and how its parts support change initiatives.
Examine change in Complex Adaptive Systems, including causes, effects, and feedback loops.
Use Connection Circles to map relationships and understand system behavior before planning action.
Module 2: Success and Failure
Plan safe-to-fail experiments for change projects.
Use the Experiment Hypothesis practice to define assumptions, expected results, and learning goals.
Apply Celebration Grids to review success, failure, and learning from experiments.
Module 3: Metrics and OKRs
Review how metrics can support change without relying on a single measure.
Learn key success factors for creating an OKR system.
Begin shaping OKRs that connect priorities, outcomes, and value for the organization.
After completing the workshop, participants should be able to adapt a change project, start structured experiments, discuss change through a systems-thinking lens, and take first steps toward introducing OKRs in their organization.
Certification & Exam
Certification: Participants who attend an official Management 3.0 Agile Change Leadership Workshop delivered by a licensed Management 3.0 Facilitator can receive a Management 3.0 Certificate of Attendance and a workshop badge after completing the sessions and submitting the required evaluation.
This is a follow-up workshop, so participants should first complete the Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop or Agility in HR Workshop, or already hold a Certificate of Practice.
The certificate confirms participation in training focused on the Management 3.0 Change Model, safe-to-fail experiments, Complex Adaptive Systems, Metrics, OKRs, and related change leadership practices.
For current certification details, see the official Management 3.0 Agile Change Leadership Workshop page.
