The Agile Co-Creation Leadership Workshop is a Management 3.0 follow-up workshop for participants who have completed the Foundation Workshop, Agility in HR Workshop, or earned a Certificate of Practice.
It covers agile product development, creativity and innovation, remote and hybrid collaboration, and better meetings.
Through a hands-on workshop format, participants examine the difference between doing agile and being agile, practice ways to support cross-functional work, and learn meeting structures that improve participation and outcomes.
After completion, participants can apply co-creation practices in hybrid teams and continuous improvement work.
What You Will Learn
Agile Co-Creation Leadership Workshop covers practical Management 3.0 approaches for leading collaboration, co-creation, and continuous improvement in hybrid and cross-functional work settings. It is a follow-up workshop for participants who have completed the Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop, the Agility in HR Workshop, or hold a Certificate of Practice.
Module 1: Agile Product Development
Clarify the difference between doing agile practices and working with an agile mindset.
Review how agile ways of working support shorter feedback cycles, shared ownership, and practical improvement.
Discuss how leaders can support co-creation without taking control away from teams.
Module 2: Creativity and Innovation
Explore how creativity can be used as a structured input for improvement and new ideas.
Apply Management 3.0 innovation guidelines to team and organizational challenges.
Use group exercises to connect creative thinking with real workplace decisions.
Module 3: Remote and Hybrid Collaboration
Examine how hybrid teams work across locations, roles, and departments.
Use practices such as Personal Collab Cards, Team Agreement Canvas, and Feedback Lottery to improve clarity and feedback in distributed teams.
Address common barriers to cross-functional collaboration, including silos and unclear working agreements.
Module 4: Better Meetings
Plan meetings with clear outcomes, active participation, and useful follow-up.
Practice facilitation techniques for online, in-person, and mixed group settings.
Use Management 3.0 meeting practices, including Improv Cards and the 8 tips for productive meetings, to improve participation and decision quality.
After completion, participants can support co-creation initiatives, structure more effective collaboration sessions, and apply Management 3.0 tools to improve teamwork in hybrid and cross-functional environments.
Certification & Exam
Participants who attend the full Agile Co-Creation Leadership Workshop through an official Management 3.0 licensed facilitator can receive a Management 3.0 Certificate of Attendance and the related Certified Management 3.0 Agile Co-Creation Leadership Workshop Attendee badge. To qualify, participants must complete all workshop sessions and submit the required evaluation after the workshop.
This is a follow-up Management 3.0 workshop, so participants are expected to have completed the Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop, the Agility in HR Workshop, or already hold a Certificate of Practice.
