The Agile People Leadership Workshop is a Management 3.0 follow-up workshop on purpose-led leadership, motivation, hiring, retention, and reward systems in agile organizations. Participants work with practical tools and practices, including Personal Maps, Emotional Intelligence, fixed and growth mindsets, STAR(T) Behavioral Questions, Work Profiles, Merit Money, and the Salary Formula. Through discussion and leadership exercises, the workshop balances concepts with application. After completion, participants can support team purpose, build stronger working relationships, conduct respectful interviews, improve retention practices, and use transparent approaches to rewards and incentives.

Course Content
Agile People Leadership Workshop is an 8-hour Management 3.0 follow-up workshop delivered in person or live online by a licensed facilitator. The workshop combines short lectures, guided discussion, practical exercises, and Management 3.0 practices for leaders, HR professionals, agile coaches, and managers working with teams.
Meaning and Purpose
Define a clear team or organizational purpose beyond growth and profit.
Use the IKIGAI model, Values Stories, and Work Expo to connect purpose with daily work.
Review how purpose is communicated, shared, and kept active across the organization.
Emotional Intelligence and Team Connection
Study the main components and characteristics of emotionally intelligent people.
Discuss self-awareness, empathy, curiosity, balance, and self-regulation at work.
Use Personal Maps to improve understanding between team members, support better conversations, and build stronger working relationships.
Hiring Great People
Review the recruitment process, including job definition, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Compare fixed mindset and growth mindset in hiring decisions.
Use STAR(T) Behavioral Recruitment Questions, Team Competency Matrix, and Work Profiles to improve interviews, role clarity, and candidate fit.
Rewards and Incentives
Examine intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in a Management 3.0 context.
Assess reward systems based on behavior, peer input, continuous recognition, value created, and transparent criteria.
Learn how Kudo Cards, Kudo Walls, Merit Money, and Salary Formula can support recognition and compensation discussions.
After completing all sessions, participants receive an attendance certificate and can apply Management 3.0 practices to purpose setting, emotional intelligence development, team connection, interviews, recognition, and reward system design.
Certification & Exam
Participants who complete the Agile People Leadership Workshop through a licensed Management 3.0 facilitator can receive a Management 3.0 Certificate of Attendance and the related workshop badge, commonly shown as the Certified Management 3.0 Agile People Leadership Workshop Attendee badge.
This is an attendance-based certificate, not an exam-based credential. To qualify, participants are expected to attend all sessions and complete the workshop evaluation after the course.
Management 3.0 lists this workshop as a follow-up course, with prior completion of the Foundation Workshop, Agility in HR Workshop, or a Certificate of Practice required before attendance.
