The Agile Team Leadership Workshop is a practical Management 3.0 follow-up course for leaders who work with agile teams.
Through facilitator-led exercises, discussion, and team practice, participants learn how to support self-organization, build trust, and create conditions for stronger team performance. T
opics include the Team Decision Matrix, feedback practices such as Feedback Wraps, and tools for team connection and happiness, including Personal Maps, Happiness Door, Kudo Cards, and the Niko-Niko Calendar.
After completion, participants can apply these methods to team decisions, feedback routines, and everyday leadership conversations. Prerequisite: Management 3.0 Foundation, Agility in HR, or Certificate of Practice.
What You Will Learn
Agile Team Leadership Workshop is an 8-hour Management 3.0 follow-up workshop delivered in-person or live online. It uses facilitated discussion, practical exercises, reflection, and Management 3.0 practices to help participants support self-organized agile teams.
Teams
Explore what makes a team different from a group, including shared goals, joint responsibility, and mutual dependency.
Study team size, diversity, trust, clarity, conflict, reliability, impact, and results.
Use the Diversity Index, Team Decision Matrix, and Team Decision Cards to support team decision-making and self-organization.
Individuals and Interactions
Review how relationships affect team performance and cross-team cooperation.
Discuss practices that build trust, reduce barriers, and support better understanding between people.
Apply Personal Maps to help team members know each other beyond job roles.
Better Feedback
Learn why feedback matters for growth, belonging, change, and team progress.
Practice the Feedback Wrap: context, observations, feelings, value, and suggestions.
Review Kudo Cards, Kudo Walls, and the 360° Feedback Dinner as feedback practices.
Worker Happiness
Compare engaged and happy workers, and discuss how happiness can be supported as a shared responsibility.
Work with the 12 Steps to Happiness, Niko-Niko Calendar, and Happiness Door.
Plan simple activities that teams can use to monitor mood, thank colleagues, and improve day-to-day work conditions.
Certification & Exam
Participants who attend all sessions of the Management 3.0 Agile Team Leadership Workshop, delivered by a licensed Management 3.0 Facilitator, can receive the official Agile Team Leadership Workshop Certificate of Attendance and badge from Management 3.0. This attendance-based certificate shows participation in the 8-hour follow-up workshop, which covers Teams, Individuals and Interactions, Better Feedback, and Worker Happiness. The workshop is intended for people who have completed the Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop, the Agility in HR Workshop, or earned a Certificate of Practice.
