Agility in HR (ICP-AHR) by Management 3.0 is an ICAgile-accredited workshop for HR professionals, recruiters, people partners, and teams supporting agile change.
The course combines Agile mindset topics with practical Management 3.0 practices through interactive training, discussion, and applied exercises.
Participants study the changing role of HR, organizational design, roles and career paths, motivation, goals, team performance, feedback, talent acquisition, retention, learning and development, diversity, and psychological safety.
After completion, attendees receive the ICP-AHR certification and a Management 3.0 certificate of attendance.

Certification & Exam
Participants who complete the Agility in HR (ICP-AHR) by Management 3.0 workshop receive two credentials: the Management 3.0 Agility in HR Workshop Certificate of Attendance and the ICAgile Certified Professional in Agility in HR (ICP-AHR) certification.
The ICP-AHR credential is part of ICAgile’s Business Agility pathway and is intended for HR professionals and people working closely with HR. Certification is earned through participation in the accredited workshop, which covers agile HR topics such as organizational design, roles, career paths, performance, goals, motivation, talent acquisition, retention, and learning and development.
The Management 3.0 attendance certificate may also support an application to become a Management 3.0 Facilitator within one year.
