Description
Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop is a 16-hour agile leadership course covering the Management 3.0 principles, complexity thinking, and six views of organizations: Energize People, Align Constraints, Develop Competence, Grow Structure, and Improve Everything, with practical work on delegation and self-organization.
Participants learn through interactive exercises, facilitator-led discussion, storytelling, and shared workplace examples.
Topics include motivation, team collaboration, values and culture, competence development, change management, and agile methodology.
After completion, attendees receive a Certificate of Attendance and can apply tools such as Moving Motivators, Delegation Poker, and Kudo Cards at work.

Course content: Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop
This 16-hour agile leadership workshop combines short lectures, group discussion, case examples, storytelling, and practical exercises. It introduces Management 3.0 concepts for professionals who lead teams, support change, manage projects, or work in agile environments.

Management and leadership: the role of managers and leaders in complex organizations, with an introduction to Management 3.0 principles.
Complexity thinking: how teams and organizations behave as complex systems, and what this means for decision-making and change.
Energize People: motivation, engagement, and ways to understand what drives individuals and teams.
Empower Teams: delegation, decision authority, and practices such as Delegation Poker to clarify responsibilities.
Align Constraints: values, culture, boundaries, and purpose inside an organization.
Develop Competence: learning, skill growth, and tools such as the Team Competency Matrix.
Grow Structure: organizational structure, team collaboration, and scaling considerations.
Improve Everything: change management, feedback, experiments, and learning practices such as Celebration Grids and Feedback Wraps.
Participants leave with practical Management 3.0 tools they can apply with teams after the workshop. Completion provides a Certificate of Attendance and can support further study in the Management 3.0 learning path.

After completing the Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop, participants receive a Certificate of Attendance from Management 3.0. The workshop is the entry point in the Management 3.0 learning path and covers the core views of Agile leadership, including Energize People, Empower Teams, Align Constraints, Develop Competence, Grow Structure, and Improve Everything.
It is a 16-hour, practice-oriented workshop with discussion, shared experience, and tools that participants can apply after the course.
