Certification & Exam

The AWS Certified AI Practitioner course prepares participants for the AWS Certified AI Practitioner exam, currently AIF-C01.

The certification validates foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI concepts, responsible AI practices, and AWS AI services such as Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker AI.

  • Candidates can schedule the exam through AWS Certification, with testing available through Pearson VUE at a test center or as an online proctored exam.

  • The exam lasts 90 minutes and includes 65 questions, with multiple-choice, multiple-response, ordering, and matching formats.

  • AWS reports results as pass or fail, with a scaled score from 100 to 1,000 and a passing score of 700. After passing, candidates receive the AWS Certified AI Practitioner credential, which is valid for three years.
