The iSAQB® CLOUDINFRA Training will familiarize you with the underlying concepts and implementation methods of dynamic cloud-native architectures.

How can you operate applications reliably with containers, which methods can be used to set up a target-oriented monitoring system, how can you create a demand-oriented alerting system?

Course Content

The curriculum consists of seven interrelated parts, and these seven parts will provide you with the ability to design and implement dynamic cloud native architectures.

Certification

On completion of the training you will receive 20 credit points in the Technical competence area and 10 credit points in the Methodical competence area toward the CPSA-A certification.


To apply for the final CPSA-A certification you must:

  • Already hold the CPSA-F (Foundation Level) certificate.

  • Have at least three years of full-time IT professional experience, including participation in the design and development of at least two different IT systems.

  • Accumulate a total of at least 70 credit points across the three competence areas (technical, methodical, communicative). Each area must have at least 10 points.

After meeting those prerequisites and accumulating sufficient points (including from the CLOUDINFRA module), you register for the CPSA-A exam (assignment plus oral exam by iSAQB-appointed examiner).

Upon successfully passing the exam, you receive the CPSA-A certificate, confirming your advanced competence in software architecture.

Outcome

Following the training, you will understand which cloud services are available and how you can use them for your own applications. Most importantly, you will learn about the automation potential in the cloud and how container managers enable this automation. At the end of the training, you will be able to build and operate a cloud native application architecture.
