Certification & Exam
After you complete the Ethical Hacking Essentials training, you can register for the EHE certification exam. The exam assesses your understanding of basic ethical hacking concepts, common attack methods and the fundamentals of system and network vulnerabilities.
The exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions with a time limit of 2 hours. To pass, you must achieve a score of 70% or higher. The exam can be taken online through a remote-proctored platform.
When you pass the exam, you receive the EHE certificate, confirming your foundational skills in ethical hacking, vulnerability identification and basic defensive practices. This certification is an ideal first step toward more advanced programs such as CEH.
What You Will Achieve
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
understand how ethical hacking works and how attackers gather information
perform basic reconnaissance, scanning and vulnerability assessment activities
identify common system, network and web vulnerabilities
recognise malware behaviour and simple network attack techniques
apply basic defensive measures to reduce attack risks
use the knowledge gained as a starting point for more advanced ethical hacking training
