Prerequisite: You must hold the ITIL 4 Foundation certificate.
Exam format: 40 multiple-choice questions.
Duration: 90 minutes.
Passing mark: At least 65% of questions correct (typically 26 out of 40), depending on provider.
Open/closed book: Closed book (no aids allowed).
Expiry/renewal: Certification might need renewal every three years according to provider policies.
