What You Will Learn
This syllabus covers the learning objectives set by scaled Agile INC, the certifying organization, to be covered in a SAFe® training course. This includes the latest version of SAFe® 6.0 and this syllabus consists of six following parts.
Part 1- Introduction of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
Part 2- Realizing the portfolio vision through Epics
Part 3- Defining portfolio strategy and vision
Part 4- Establish investment financing
Part 5- Application of Agile Portfolio Operations
Part 6- Lean Governance
Certification & Exam
You must complete the Lean Portfolio Management training before taking the certification exam.
After the training you can take the LPM certification exam online through the SAFe platform.
The exam contains 45 questions.
You must answer at least 32 correct to pass.
After passing the exam, you receive:
The SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager certificate (PDF)
A digital badge
One-year membership in the SAFe community platform, including access to resources and events.
If you need to retake the exam, an additional fee of 50 USD applies.
