What You Will Learn
The IREB Requirements Elicitation curriculum teaches a structured approach to gathering requirements. You will learn how to analyze stakeholders, choose appropriate elicitation techniques, handle conflicts, and apply communication skills in real project situations.
Part 1-Structuring and Planning Elicitation
Part 2-Sources of Requirements
Part 3-Elicitation Techniques
Part 4-Conflict Resolution
Part 5-Personal Skills and Growth
Certification & Exam
After you complete an accredited Requirements Elicitation training, you will prepare for the module under the International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB) CPRE Advanced Level scheme.
To become eligible for the Practitioner certificate of this module you must:
Already hold the CPRE Foundation Level certificate.
Attend an accredited training or prepare for the exam using the official syllabus.
Pass the Practitioner exam (multiple-choice, typically about 45 questions, 75 minutes, pass mark ~70 %) for the Requirements Elicitation module.
After you meet those prerequisites and pass the exam, you receive the CPRE Advanced Level-Requirements Elicitation Practitioner certificate under IREB, confirming your enhanced competence in eliciting and consolidating requirements in projects.
What You Will Achieve
By the end of this training, you will be able to:
Understand the role of elicitation within the broader context of requirements engineering
Systematically identify, analyze, and document requirements
Select and apply the right elicitation techniques for different scenarios
Identify and classify stakeholders and involve them effectively in the elicitation process
Recognize, analyze, and resolve conflicts between requirements in a structured and constructive way
Reflect on and improve your own communication and elicitation skills
Prepare confidently for the CPRE certification exams at Practitioner and Specialist levels

iSAQB® ADOC - Architecture Documentation Certification
The iSAQB® Architecture Documentation (ADOC) training is an Advanced Level module within the Certified Professional for Software Architecture (CPSA-A) program. The course shows how to document software architectures in a clear and structured way so that developers, architects, and stakeholders can understand and use them in real projects. Participants learn how to create architecture documentation that supports communication, decision making, and long term system maintenance. The training uses well known methods such as arc42 , common diagram types, and clear documentation rules that are widely used in professional software architecture work. The course also explains how good documentation helps teams share knowledge, reduce misunderstandings, and keep systems maintainable as they grow. Through practical examples and exercises, participants learn how to describe architecture decisions, structure documentation, and present complex systems in a simple and consistent way.
