Very few people use the full potential of soft skills. Would you also like to improve yourself in some aspects?
Skills such as empathy and moderation are essential in project management because software architects and developers, and project managers are connected to other departments and have to communicate effectively.
The content is based on iSAQB (version 2025.1) and the syllabus consists of five strongly interrelated parts.

After you complete an accredited SOFT training, you receive 30 credit points in the communicative competence area. These points count toward the iSAQB CPSA-A certification.
To become eligible for the full CPSA-A certification you must:
Already hold the CPSA-F (Foundation Level) certificate.
Have at least three years of full-time professional experience in IT, including participation in the design and development of at least two different IT systems.
Accumulate a total of at least 70 credit points across the three competence areas (Technological, Methodical, Communicative), with at least 10 credit points in each area.
After you meet those prerequisites and have accumulated enough points, including those from the SOFT module, you register for the CPSA-A final certification exam, which is an assignment plus an oral interview with iSAQB-appointed examiners.
Once you pass the exam you receive the CPSA-A certificate, confirming your advanced competence in software architecture.
Participants gain the skills to lead and moderate technical discussions. The training teaches how to present software architecture clearly to different groups, including stakeholders and project teams. Professionals learn to explain technical decisions and their impact in a way that is easy to understand.
By completing this course, graduates can:
