Organisation Policy

This Organisation Policy applies to all content and actions by organisations on BilduX.

Covered content includes in-house or custom training requests created via the Corporate Gate, descriptions, requirements, and specifications in training requests, and communication and offers exchanged with providers.

For messaging between organisations and providers, see Community Policy.

Organisations are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their posted training requests.

Requests must include clear information such as topic, delivery format, location, timeframe, and budget.

Organisations must ensure that no third-party rights (e.g., intellectual property or confidential company data) are infringed when posting requests.

All requests must remain professional and relate to training.

Organisations may not publish requests that contain false or misleading information.

Requests must not include discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate wording.

Content must not promote services or products unrelated to training.

Unlawful content or material infringing copyrights is prohibited.

Organisations may receive multiple offers from providers in response to a request.

Organisations are responsible for reviewing and assessing provider offers.

BilduX is not responsible for the accuracy or suitability of offers submitted by providers.

Once an organisation selects a provider’s offer, messaging and negotiation can begin directly.

BilduX reserves the right to review and remove organisation requests that violate this Policy.

Removal may occur without prior notice if a request is unlawful or clearly inappropriate.

Organisations will be notified if their request is removed.

Violations of this Policy may result in the removal of individual requests.

BilduX may temporarily suspend organisation accounts.

Repeated or severe violations can lead to permanent account termination.

BilduX does not validate the accuracy or quality of organisation requests.

Responsibility for request content and communication with providers lies exclusively with the organisation.

BilduX assumes no liability for damages resulting from organisation request content.
