Provider Content Policy

This Provider Content Policy applies to all content created and managed by training providers on BilduX.

Covered content includes training course listings, session details (price, format, duration, location, date), frameworks added to provider profiles, and any images, logos, or provider profile information.

Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their content.

Listings must include clear and correct information such as title, description, duration, price, prerequisites, and delivery method.

Providers must ensure they own or are authorized to use any logos, images, or materials uploaded.

Content must be kept up to date throughout its lifecycle on BilduX.

Providers may not publish content that contains false, misleading, or outdated information.

Content must not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate material is prohibited.

Listings cannot promote products or services unrelated to training.

Unlawful content or material that promotes illegal activities is not permitted.

Providers may submit offers in response to organisation requests as long as the offer accurately reflects the training to be delivered.

Frameworks added to provider profiles must meet the same accuracy and rights requirements as course listings.

BilduX reserves the right to review and remove provider content that violates this Policy or applicable law.

Content may be removed without prior notice if a violation is severe.

Providers will be notified when their content is removed.

Violations of this Policy may result in the removal of individual listings.

BilduX may suspend provider accounts.

Repeated or serious breaches can lead to permanent termination of the provider account.

BilduX does not pre-verify provider content before publication.

Responsibility for accuracy and compliance lies solely with providers.

BilduX assumes no liability for damages arising from provider content.
