User Agreement

This User Agreement governs the use of BilduX, a platform operated by Tecnovy GmbH, Ammerswilerstrasse 19A, 5600 Lenzburg, Switzerland (“BilduX”, “we”, “us”).

It applies globally to all users of the platform, regardless of their location.

Users (Trainees) may browse trainings, frameworks, and provider profiles.

Organisations can post in-house or custom training requests via the Corporate Gate.

Providers can list trainings, add frameworks, and respond to organisation requests with offers.

Age recommendation: BilduX has no strict minimum age requirement. However, we strongly recommend that persons under the age of 12 use the platform only under adult guidance.

Accounts are created by providing personal or organisational information such as name, email, and password. Users may delete their accounts at any time.

Organisations may delete their accounts. In this case, open training requests will be cancelled and active connections will be notified of the deletion.

Providers may delete their accounts. In this case, all active sessions will be removed from listings, provider pages will be taken down, and individual courses may also be deactivated and made inaccessible.

BilduX reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in cases of misuse or violation of this Agreement.

BilduX is a listing and communication platform only. BilduX does not sell trainings or process payments.

All contracts, payments, and obligations are established directly between organisations and providers.

BilduX assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of user-generated content.

Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listed trainings and sessions.

Organisations are solely responsible for the accuracy of their posted requests.

Users are responsible for their interactions and communications.

BilduX reserves the right to remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate (see Provider Content Policy and Organisation Policy).

Organisations and Providers may communicate directly once an offer is accepted. BilduX does not monitor conversations.

Inappropriate content (harassment, spam, unlawful material) is prohibited. Reported cases will be reviewed by BilduX (see Community Policy).

BilduX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, or to remove training sessions and requests if users violate this Agreement, if content breaches applicable laws or BilduX policies, or if misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

Suspension may apply to user, organisation, or provider accounts.

All rights to the BilduX platform, including its design, structure, and content, belong to Tecnovy GmbH or third parties.

Users may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use content beyond what is necessary for personal, non-commercial use.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland.

The place of jurisdiction shall be Aarau, Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions specify otherwise.

BilduX may update this Agreement to reflect legal or technical changes. Users will be informed of significant updates.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
