Description
Implementing SAFe prepares experienced Lean-Agile professionals for the SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification. Provider-led training covers the SAFe Framework, implementation roadmap, value stream identification, Agile Release Train launch, PI Planning, Lean Portfolio Management, and coaching ART execution.
Participants also work with AI prompting techniques and the SAFe CoPilot assistant to support facilitation, backlog work, and portfolio analysis. The course combines framework instruction with practical exercises, workbook study, and exam preparation.
After completion and passing the exam, participants can teach eligible SAFe courses and guide SAFe adoption.

Certification & Exam
The Implementing SAFe course prepares participants for the SAFe Practice Consultant, SPC, certification from Scaled Agile.
The certification is listed as advanced level, with recommended preparation that includes SAFe for Teams, SP, and Leading SAFe, SA. The exam is a timed, multiple-choice assessment with a duration of 120 minutes and a required passing score of 83%.
Exam content covers SAFe principles, team and technical agility, product development flow, Lean Portfolio Management, ART launch, ART coaching, large solution delivery, and portfolio improvement.
The certification process includes access to the course workbook, Studio preparation resources, an unlimited practice test, and an exam coaching report.
