The syllabus consists of the following parts:

You can take the exam after completing the training.
There are no additional prerequisites, but you must hold the ITIL 4 Foundation certificate, because all ITIL 4 Specialist modules require it.
The exam includes 40 multiple-choice questions.
The duration is 90 minutes.
You must score at least 70 percent (28 correct answers) to pass.
The exam is closed book.
The certificate is issued by PeopleCert, the official examination body.
This module can also count towards the ITIL 4 Managing Professional or ITIL 4 Strategic Leader paths depending on the learner’s certification plan.
